Stephen McManus is the Managing Director of Three Jewels. He was originally introduced to yoga and meditation as a child from his mother. After spending many years resisting all religion and spirituality, he found himself practicing meditation as a way to cope with anxiety and stress. After moving to New York City in 2012, he discovered Buddhism through his partner and began a deep practice of meditation and yoga. He completed a 200-hour meditation teacher training at Three Jewels and a 200 hour yoga teacher training privately with master yogini, Coco Korniczky. His teaching approach is simple, fun, and accessible for anyone. You can also find him making memes about his own spiritual journey on instagram: @superspiritual

Chelsey Kapuscinski is a Certified Rolfer™️ and 600-hour Advanced Yoga Instructor based in NYC. She has maintained a regular practice of yoga and meditation since 2008 and has been teaching since 2013. Chelsey uses her skillset to recognize and meet each student’s need to heal deeply and holistically. She shares body-based meditations, movement and breathwork to awaken dormant areas and begin to clear any blockages. Her students often say that they love the sound of her voice!

You can follow Chelsey on Instagram or find out more about her work on her website.

Sheila Singh has been devoted to the practice of meditation and self inquiry for over a decade, and loves discovering how this path continues to evolve. As a teacher, Sheila hopes to offer spaces that allow students to slow down, restore and return. She encourages compassionate self-exploration and curiosity, while guiding practitioners to uncover the wholeness and wisdom that lies within. She weaves together both yogic and non-dual philosophy, but teaches foremost from a place of intuition and the heart of her own experience. It brings her great joy to create a feeling of community and a lightness through which to explore life. Her own practice unfolds both on the cushion and especially in the midst of life moments and motherhood.
