Sarah Wasmer resides in Austin, Texas where she is active in her local sangha. She works as a Veterinary Technician and is also an avid horseback rider and animal activist. She has been practicing mindfulness for 7 years and hopes to someday share the benefit of meditation practice within her community.

Karuna is the Founder and Executive Director of Mind Oasis.

She believes in the power of meditation to help us lead more engaged, humorous, and joyful lives.

It is her passion and dream to see 1,000,000 meditators come through the virtual doors of Mind Oasis in the very near future.

You can expect humor, ferocity, and grounded instruction from her classes.

Natalie Hain began teaching yoga in 2008 and received her first 200 hour certification in 2012. Since that time she has taught over 1,000 hours and earned her 200 ERYT from Yoga Alliance. Natalie also completed another 300 plus hours of training in yoga philosophy, dharma yo-ga, anatomy and alignment.

In August Natalie graduated from Kerala Ayurveda Academy where she completed 625 hours in Ayurvedic philosophy and nutrition and is now a certified Ayurvedic Wellness Counselor. Natalie lives and teaches in Blanco, TX with her 3 most influential teachers, her two sons and husband.

Lacey is first and foremost a mindful mother, practicing conscious parenting.

Erika Kluthe is warm, playful, known to explore more out-of-the-box, esoteric areas of spirituality. She is a poet and former adjunct professor of literature and writing & has shifted her areas of study to all things yoga, consciousness and spirit.

Anne McCready Heinen is a longtime yoga practitioner who received her 300-hour Dakini Meditative Meditation Teacher Training certificate in 2017.

A daily meditator with a deep foundation in Tibetan and Zen Buddhism, Anne brings calm, kindness, and patience to her cushion and students.

Anne is also a writer/editor and mom to three wonderful people who give her opportunities to explore compassion and open heartedness every day.

She feels very fortunate to study with Kelly Lindsey, Flint Sparks, and Peg Syverson, among other wise teachers.

Andrea Flinn
For me yoga (which encompasses all the magic of meditation too!) + dogs = my life

My journey of compassion began with my love for animals. I have been in dog rescue for over 11 years. My dogs and 56 fosters have taught me some of the most valuable lessons that still today humble my heart. My goal is a 100 fosters before I die!

My 200-hour yoga teacher training in 2013 literally catapulted me into a realm of love. It was my stepping stone as a healer. I am a Reiki master and energy always flows into those willing to receive.

Sound healing is my jam. I love to incorporate my crystal bowls, chimes, chakra drums into my meditations. I believe we can not only heal the physical body, but the mind and spirit too. It is an honor to be on this journey and look forward into sharing love, compassion, abundance and freedom with all of you ~ Many Blessings!

Tinamarie's meditative practice began with Centering Prayer, just as she was entering adulthood, and it is the anchoring devotional practice of her life. Mindfulness practices have been essential tools throughout 20 years (and counting) of mothering her two beloved sons; and she became a student and graduate of Kelly Lindsey's 300-Hour Dakini Meditation Teacher Training in 2017.

Tinamarie's teachings flow from her experience of meditation, as a journey into the heart. Her passion for the remembrance of connection, compassion and belonging in our lives inspired her to begin an offering, called Practicing Presence. She lives with her youngest son in Austin.
