Join Katherine for just 35 minutes each Tuesday over this six-week series. She will teach us about starting and sustaining a daily meditation practice with gentle precision and self-compassion.
Each class will include a brief embodiment practice, self-compassion or mindfulness teaching and a little time for questions and sharing. This series is an excellent way to support you in starting or maintaining a regular morning practice with compassion.
