How Can Ayurveda Philosophy Help You Reach Your Health Goals? Glad you asked!

Once the New Year resolutions are forgotten and life goes back to normal, it’s easy to fall back into the same cycles you were trying to get out of on January 1. We tend to do what’s easy rather than what we know is best for us because life gets busy and stressful.

Pratyahara, sometimes called the forgotten limb of yoga, can be just the thing to help us stay on track even when life gets in the way of our meditation, yoga practice, or nutritious food choices. Literally translated to “gaining mastery over external influences,” pratyahara will help you stay in control of your goals even when faced with adversity.
